Leading with character...

The Leadership Institute in Kenya was particularly fruitful thanks to your prayers. Twenty-nine very smart and focused young leaders gathered for a week and learned about the importance of a relationship with Christ as a foundation for leadership, how to lead through the strength of God, the importance of character in leadership, etc. We know that four accepted the Lord, five worked through forgiveness and releasing bitterness toward another, and a number of others renewed their relationship with Christ. Enos told us the Lord had directed him to leave his job and serve Him in ministry full time. We are following up on these decisions through friends in Kenya and some of the speakers who were from Kenya. Please pray for these young people as they return to jobs and family situations that do not support their renewed commitments to the Lord.
